    These guidelines outline Fern House School's values, ethos and philosophy for supporting pupil behaviour. They detail our procedures for:

    • Organising specific support arrangements.
    • Addressing important areas like bullying and Restrictive Physical Interventions (RPI).

    This document is a living guide, reflecting both our current practices and our continuous commitment to improvement. It is available to all interested parties and works in conjunction with the Connect Education Trust Behaviour Policy.
