At Fern House School, pupils in KS2 and KS3 have been grouped into phases 1 – 5, as they work through a progressive curriculum.  

Each phase is represented by a colour:

Phase 0 White -  Peach / Pear Class

Phase 1 Yellow - Lower KS2 - Peach / Pear Class

Phase 2 Green - Upper KS2 - Cherry Class

Phase 3 Blue - Lower KS3 - Holly Class

Phase 4 Red - Middle KS3 - Juniper Class

Phase 5 Orange - Upper KS3 - Ash Class

Lower KS4 - Cedar Class

Upper KS4 - Chestnut Class
