Fern House Parliament

Pupil voice is incredibly important to us. We value the opinions of our pupils and we want to know what it's like to be a child at Fern House School. Their input is vital to the success of our school.

Fern House School is proud to have their very own school parliament. This is an opportunity to hear the views of all pupils through a democratic process.

Each class has a Pupil Parliament Representative (PPR). The PPRs are responsible for collecting the views and issues raised in their classes.  Through our parliament we aim to develop young leadership skills, whilst supporting student democracy. Most importantly, our strong team of PPRs aim to promote the well-being of the children and young people within our inclusive school.

The Parliament meet regularly with the Senior Leadership Team to share the views and opinions of all the pupils at Fern House School.
